CSC welcomes Nevein Versace as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer
CSC is pleased to announce the appointment of Nevein Versace to the role of Chief Risk & Compliance Officer.

An experienced executive and qualified lawyer, Ms Versace has been in Corporate and Financial Services sectors, predominantly in Banking and Superannuation, for over 27 years. She has a proven track record in designing and delivering risk management and governance frameworks, advising on corporate legal matters, responding to regulatory change, and leading business transformation (including material supplier and vendor transitions). Her most recent roles were as Chief Risk Officer at Equity Trustees, General Manager Compliance at HESTA, and Head of Enterprise Risk at AustralianSuper.
As CSC’s Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, Ms Versace will be responsible for the governance, risk management, compliance, and legal functions across the organisation, and overseeing the support these functions provide to CSC business operations and major projects.
Ms Versace’s appointment bolsters female representation in CSC’s leadership, with women now making up more than 40 percent of the executive committee and 75 percent of the board.
Damian Hill, CEO of CSC, said Ms Versace’s track record and financial services leadership experience will be invaluable to the organisation.
