What makes our investment team unique is they’re about achieving your goals and doing right by you. They have a wealth of experience meaning that you can have the peace of mind that your savings are being responsibly, and effectively, invested for your future. Here’s what makes our investment team unique:
1. Aligned to you
All senior members of CSC’s investment team have their superannuation savings invested alongside your own in CSC investment options.
2. A wealth and depth of experience
The entire team has deep experience in commercial financial markets roles. Our Senior Invest Managers have 24 years of experience on average, while our Analysts and Investment Managers have 12 years of experience each on average.
3. International Relationship Model
Not only are our consultants exercising global best practice in their areas of specialty, we have access to a global network of knowledge, expertise and resources. Our Chief Investment Officer (CIO) has been Co-Chair of the World Economic Forum's 'Global Future Council on Long-term Investing’ for many years and remains on the council today. She is also a member of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute (CFA) Future of Finance Advisory Council. Both of these councils are populated by CEOs and CIOs of some of the world’s largest capital pools.
4. Stability
The Chief Investment Officer and all senior members of the investment team have worked together collectively, throughout the cycle, for greater than 12 years.

5. Global best practice examples
Example - Tax strategy CSC has developed a tax strategy that maintains a high level of diligence and accountability through the implementation and execution of tax policies and procedures that reflect ‘best practice’ standards as determined by the Australian Tax Office (“ATO”).
