We’re pleased to announce that from 23 December 2022, Adam Nettheim will assume the role of Acting Chief Customer Officer. Adam has been with CSC since 2017 and steps up from his previous role as Executive Manager, Customer Operations.

Adam has extensive experience in the superannuation industry having held senior roles across MLC, Asteron Wealth Management, Colonial First State and QSuper. Adam also operated his own financial advice practice for a number of years, and is a Fellow and Trustee Associate of the Association of Super Funds of Australia (ASFA).

“We have many exciting years ahead of us as a business, and I’m delighted to be leading the team as we deliver an improved and more personalised experience for our customers.

“I’m looking forward to engaging with all of our stakeholders in the New Year as we continue our focus on the transformation of CSC.” - Mr Nettheim said.

CSC farewells Peter Jamieson, who has served as Chief Customer Officer since January 2019.

“Peter has been a valuable member of the Executive team, and throughout his time at CSC he has been a driver of change.
