Should I be doing anything to prepare for the launch?

To experience all CSC Navigator has to offer, you will need to have an email address registered with us that is personal to you—that is, not shared with another CSC member.

How will I be supported in making the transition to the CSC Navigator?

You’ll be prompted to register to access your existing super fund account/s via the new digital portal, the CSC Navigator. This process will involve you providing us with the username or number you’d like to use for accessing your account, as well as a password.

To ensure you receive this prompt, check that we have the correct and up-to-date personal contact details for you on file. This includes a phone number, as well as a personal email address that only you can use.

What happens if I’ve never used the current Member Services Online before the CSC Navigator is launched?

If you’ve never used Member Services Online, you’ll be prompted to register for the CSC Navigator by providing us with the username or number you’d like to use to access your account, as well as a password.
