Meet our Employer Relationship Managers

Tim Gibson

Tim provides strategic support to our employers and ensures they have access to all the support they need to fulfil their super obligations.

Tim has over 20 years’ experience in relationship management and marketing, and has worked across a number of different industries. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Tim is passionate about understanding and identifying the best way to achieve our employers’ goals. He recognises the importance of effective communication and is committed to finding solutions to any employer issues that pop up. He prides himself on his exceptional customer service.

When he’s not working, Tim coaches kids’ rugby at the representative level in Southern NSW and is a passionate mountain bike and road cyclist.

Tim Hart

As a Relationship Manager, Tim acts as an escalation point for any sensitive, high priority or business critical issues for our employers, including the Australian Defence Force. Tim works with our employers to make the administration of their super obligations as efficient and easy as possible.

Tim has been with CSC for more than seven years and has acquired knowledge and experience across all of CSC’s schemes, products and processes. He is able to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand way, which leaves our employers feeling confident about their next steps.

Tim is passionate about providing high quality outcomes through personal ethics, vision, professionalism and integrity, all while offering an outstanding member centric service to all.

Away from work, Tim is on the Executive Committee for the North Belconnen Community Association and has been involved in Canberra’s live music scene for over 20 years.

Jennie Murray

Jennie develops and builds relationships with our employers by partnering with them to deliver professional service and benefits to their employees through education and workplace activity. She has over thirty years’ experience in financial services as a financial planner, client/member educator and employer liaison.

Jennie knows that working with our employers provides an optimal avenue to ensuring our members understand and maximise their super. With our employers, she drives the message of how important it is to get advice before making those big super decisions.

“Personally, I love working with my team and participating more broadly in the company’s activities. By collaborating with like-minded professionals at CSC, we can streamline our offerings and focus on positive outcomes for our employers. I am doing my best work when my values are met and align with the values of the company I keep.”

Outside of work, Jennie and her partner live off-grid on a small farm in central west NSW. They’ve planted about 1000 trees on their property, including 150 fruit trees, and have built a comfortable eco-friendly, solar powered, thermodynamic house with all the mod cons. They’re focussed on soil regeneration, water conservation and sustenance growing, to tread lightly on our fragile planet.

Peter Lewis

Peter leads the Employer Relationship Team at CSC. Recognising that employers are not all the same, he encourages the team to constantly strive to build a deeper understanding of each agency. This means we can anticipate your future needs and deliver a tailored solution.

Peter has worked in the super industry for over 30 years. Gaining experience at a number of different funds he has lead teams in operations, customer engagement and product management. He is passionate about helping Australians engage with their super and supporting them to make decisions with confidence.

Recognising the important role employers’ play in providing super benefits to their employees, Peter is driven to make CSC easy to deal with and support you to be an employer of choice in the eyes of your staff.

Giving back to the industry, Peter has been a member of an ASFA sub-committee where he contributes to the direction of super policy. In his spare time Peter is a volunteer with NSW Marine Rescue and, when time permits, he enjoys touring on his motorbike.
