The CSC Navigator is your one-stop-shop for accessing all the important information about your super—including your Annual Statement.
Most Annual Statements will be available online from mid-August 2025, so in preparation we encourage you to log into CSC Navigator and confirm your details.
So that we can seamlessly reach you, check you have provided:
- a personal email address that only you use;
- a mobile phone number; and
- a mailing address.
While you're there, opt-in to receive your Annual Statement instantly via CSC Navigator and save on paper. It's quick and easy.
If you have not accessed your online account since February 2023, you will need to complete the registration process before gaining access.

31 July 2025 is your last chance to update your contact details and preferences. You can do this by logging into CSC Navigator.

August
From mid-August you will be notified by email that your statement is available via CSC Navigator.

September
If you’ve opted for printed statements, these will be posted from mid-September.
