We've recently streamlined our internal processes relating to the submission of PIP and PAP reimbursement claims.

The change is not only a benefit to us, but also a benefit to you. To enable timelier processing, please email all reimbursement claims to formsandapplications@csc.gov.au.
Before we are able to finalise your reimbursements, we may contact you for further information. If this causes a delay, it’s important that you keep your finance team in the loop so they are aware that the reimbursement may not be finalised before the invoice due date.
