Our Employer Service Desk can help you with HR and payroll matters such as membership eligibility, super salaries and PSSap data submissions, as well as questions about insurance and invalidity.
Note: Any questions you have about CSS and PSS data submissions should still go to our Data Administration team.
Here’s a little more about the three of us on the Employer Service Desk:
Lisa joined CSC 12 months ago, bringing with her a significant amount of payroll experience from a number of organisations. She likes to change her hair colour to something new each season.
Song has been with CSC for a few months now, is currently completing her third master’s degree at ANU, and has previously worked as a research assistant in the field of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s health. She loves collecting earrings, and has over 200 pairs.
Sean started at CSC over five years ago in the Customer Contact Centre. Since then, he has worked in our manual calculations, internal training, and legislative analysis teams, as well as taking on a leadership role in the Customer Contact Centre. Sean spends most winter weekends at the snowfields, and was once a ski instructor at Thredbo ski resort.
