Proxy voting

Our overall approach is to act as a responsible corporate citizen and embrace our proxy voting responsibilities. Where possible we vote on all matters bought to shareholders by the companies in which we invest.

Proxy voting policy

Proxy Voting Policy

Our default proxy voting position is to vote in line with our public company management’s recommendation(s), as our base assumption is that corporate management teams in which we invest, take decisions with sustained shareholder (and thereby franchise) value in mind.
