Our team of dedicated and knowledgeable experts are here to support you and your advice practice. Access the information you need about our funds and mutual clients, and deliver your advice recommendations with clarity and confidence.

Simon Power

National Manager, Advice Partnerships

Simon brings more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, including over a decade in superannuation, and leads CSC’s strategy for engaging and supporting external financial advisers. In his role, he plans and oversees initiatives to ensure financial advisers have access to the information, products and support they need to deliver effective advice for CSC customers.

He holds a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning), a Bachelor of Science majoring in Mathematics, and is a member of the Financial Advice Association of Australia (FAAA).

Simon’s work is focused on ensuring advisers can confidently access the information and resources they need to support their clients with CSC’s superannuation products and options. His deep experience partnering with financial advisers underpins CSC’s commitment to high‑quality, responsive adviser support.

Outside of work, Simon is a keen (but, as he says, very average) tennis player who enjoys weekly competitions and celebrating both the wins and the losses.

Matt

Matthew Floros

Adviser Relationship Manager

Matthew brings more than 10 years of CSC experience working closely with the ADF, to provide tailored training to financial advisers and AFS licensees.

He’s adept at connecting CSC products and options with the life events unique to the APS and ADF community.

Mathew is a trusted advice partner for our financial advice practices. He has secured a reputation for building and maintaining relationships with practices who proactively work in the APS and ADF markets.

He’s also pretty handy on an indoor cricket pitch, both as a player and the newly appointed Australian Captain.

Tom

Tom Dobrochodow

Adviser Relationship Associate

Tom holds a Bachelor of Finance and Economics, and is an alum of our CSC Graduate Program 2022.

Working to support the development and implementation of the CSC strategy for financial advice practices, Tom’s attention to detail about our fund and member information supports advice practices by acting as a concierge of sorts. He makes sure advice practices know where to go to get the information they’re looking for.

His previous customer service roles before joining CSC saw him managing venues both in Australia and China.

A soon-to-be-dad and lifelong Carlton Blues supporter, Tom has a penchant for literature and history.

Will Taulafo

Senior Adviser Service Representative

Will has six years’ experience in the superannuation industry, including four years at CSC, where he has developed strong technical capability in Defined Benefit schemes. In his role, he supports financial advisers by responding to and resolving complex queries, ensuring they have the clarity and information they need to provide accurate advice to CSC customers.

He holds a Diploma of Business Management and has completed his RG146, underpinning his deep understanding of the superannuation environment and adviser needs.

Will is particularly proud of his four‑year contribution to the Advice Partnerships team, where he continues to build expertise and play a valuable role in providing reliable, responsive support to CSC’s external adviser community.

When he isn’t working, Will enjoys sports, gaming and supporting youth development initiatives within his local community.
