Taking your CSC super with you is simple
You can let your employer know you’ve chosen CSC as your super provider1 in three ways:
- Secure – Log in to CSC Navigator and complete the I choose CSC form from the employment tab. We’ll pre-fill your information, let us know your employers’ details and we’ll send everything straight to them.
- Online – Complete the I choose CSC online form for PSSap or ADF Super. Once you’ve filled in the details, we’ll email your employer the information they need.
- PDF – Download, print and complete the I choose CSC form, then give it to your employer.
Alternatively, you can complete a standard choice form using CSC’s fund details through myGov.

While you’re a member of the permanent forces or a continuous full-time reservist, legislation prevents us from accepting contributions from an additional employer. Contributions from external employers can only start once you cease with the ADF.
