Getting your statement
Your annual statement is issued once each year.
You can receive your statement online or by post.
If you receive your statement online, it will be available through CSC Navigator. You will be notified when it is ready.
If you receive your statement by post, it will be mailed to the address recorded on your account.
Before statements are issued, you should check that your personal details are up to date, including:
- your email address
- your mobile number
- your postal address
Statements are prepared using information recorded up to the annual cut-off date. Online statements are usually available before printed statements. If you do not receive your statement, contact CSC.
If you only have five minutes – key things to check
If you do not have time to read your whole statement, focus on these checks:
- Check your total benefit at the start and end of the year, and how it has changed.
- Check that your contact details shown on the statement are correct.
- Review any deductions, adjustments or transactions, and the related explanatory notes (for example, family law matters, surcharge debt or underpaid contributions).
If anything looks incorrect or you do not understand something, contact CSC.
