Ms Tandel is the Senior Industrial Officer of the Community and Public Sector Union.
Ms Tandel provides strategic analysis and technical advice to the union’s Executive and staff on complex bargaining, industrial and governance matters. Ms Tandel represents the union in various forums advocating in worker’s interests including in gender equity and diversity and inclusion.
Ms Tandel holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics, Government and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney.
