Alison Tarditi, OAM

Chief Investment Officer

Alison is CSC’s Chief Investment Officer.

Previous to this position, Alison was the Director of Equity Strategy for Citigroup in Australia; the Head of Research and Quantitative Asset Allocation Strategies for BT Asset Management, co-managing macro strategies for domestic and international clients for the previous 6 years; and the Head of Financial Conditions within the Economic Research and Analysis Department of the Reserve Bank of Australia for almost a decade.

Alison was the Chairman of the long-term investing council for the World Economic Forum (WEF) between 2014 and 2020 and remains on the council today. She is also a member of the CFA’s Global Advisory Committee on the Future of Finance.

Alison has also contributed more broadly in the community in a pro bono capacity. Examples include being a Director on the Foundation Board and Finance committees of the Art Gallery of New South Wales for a decade to 2020; retiring as Chairman of the Investment Advisory Board and Director on the Eastern Territorial Advisory Board of the Salvation Army in Australia in December 2017 after a decade of service there; and being a Director on the Board of corporate advisory firm, Regnan for a decade to 2019.

Alison has a first class Honours degree and University Medal from James Cook University and a Masters of Science from the London School of Economics, both earned under scholarships from the Reserve Bank of Australia.

In recognition of her service to the finance industry, Alison was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in 2025.

Alison was internationally recognised as a Woman of Influence by the CFA Institute Research and Policy Center in March 2026 for her global leadership, depth of expertise, and exemplification of investment governance and innovation.  Her work spans a broad range of issues shaping the investment profession, including the role of inclusive, meritocratic practices in building, and sustaining, the cognitive diversity needed for effectual, distributed decision-making, agility, and thereby, long-term organisational resilience.
