CSC announces new Chief Customer Officer

CSC has announced the appointment of Peter Jamieson to the newly established position of Chief Customer Officer (CCO).

Peter has a solid track record in leading organisations to achieve large scale transformational change and has spent the previous 10 years’ implementing customer centric outcomes for both Telstra and GM Holden.

During his extensive career within Telstra, Peter held a number of senior executive roles where he led large contact centre teams, developed and implemented customer strategies and net promoter systems, whilst driving significant improvements in customer service. He has also led sales and marketing teams.

More recently, Peter developed and implemented a successful enterprise-wide customer experience strategy and cultural transformation program as the Executive Director of Customer Experience at GM Holden.

One of Peter’s key responsibilities will be to enhance all facets of CSC’s customer service and member engagement functions.

Peter will commence as CCO with CSC on 21 January 2019.
