Self-service over the phone 24/7

Our secure self-service system helps you access information over the phone

24 May 2019

From May 2019, CSC customers will be able to request some documents, and set-up or reset online accounts through our secure self-service phone system—available 24 hours a day, any day.

For more complex requests, or if you prefer to talk to a person, our representatives will still be available during business hours to help you.

What’s new?

When you call us, you will hear a new recorded message that will prompt you to either use our self-service menu to get the information you need, or speak with one of our representatives.

Through the self-service system you can set up your online account, reset your password, or request a copy of your most recent:

  • annual statement
  • PAYG withholding tax statement
  • Centrelink schedule
  • Department of Veterans Affairs pension entitlement
  • CPI letter.

To access your information through our self-service system, you will just need to provide your membership number, and answer some identity questions.

Some customers who have requested additional security on their information, or have family law separate interests, will not be able to use self-service at this stage.
