Freedom of information request

You do not need to make an FOI request if you are seeking your own information. If you require copies of your own information please refer to the members’ enquiry form above. We will provide copies of your own information to you free of charge.

The easiest way to lodge a complaint is via our online feedback form here

If you are unable to complete our online feedback form, you can contact us on 1300 725 171 between 9am and 5pm AEST, or email us anytime at complaints@pssap.com.au

If you are still not satisfied

If an issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA provides fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to consumers.

From time-to-time, qualified professionals who provide advice to CSC members—such as financial advisors, accountants or legal representatives—may request information on behalf of a CSC member.
