Our education webinars are designed to help you understand and make the most of your super scheme. They provide the same information as our face-to-face public and in-house seminars, but from the convenience of your home or work computer.

This webinar covers the basics of how your PSS account accrues and shows the effects of changing your contributions, working part time and other scenarios you may come across during your career. Does not include information regarding claiming your benefit and taxation.

How to access a webinar

Register for a webinar

To take part in a live webinar, you must first register. To do this simply click the "Register for Webinar" or "View Webinar" button for the specific webinar you are interested in taking part in and provide your registration details.

Once you have registered you will recieve:

  • A confirmation email with the date, time and login details for the webinar
  • Regular reminder emails in the lead up to the webinar
  • Additional materials relevant to the webinar which you can download and print

Live webinars

If you have registered for a live webinar, simply login to the webinar session using the link and login details in your confirmation email.

You will also require headphones, ear phones or speakers attached to your computer to hear the audio. 

Our live webinars are intereactive. During the presentation you will have opportunities to ask questions by typing into a live chat box. The presenter will address your questions either during the presentation or at the end.

Note: you do not need a microphone to participate in a live webinar.

Recorded webinars

Some webinars are recorded and can be played back at any time. Simply go to the recorded webinars section and click "view webinar". You will need to provide a name and email address to view recorded webinars.

Access webinars on mobile devices

You can view our webinars on a personal device (iPad, iPhone or Android) via the GoToWebinar app. GoToWebinar can be downloaded direct from the app store. Once you have registered for a webinar, simply click the link in the confirmation email on your personal device to start watching. 


Firewalls and security settings at some agencies may block access to webinars from your work computer.  If you have issues accessing our webinars, you will need to discuss with your employer’s Information Technology (IT) section.
