Chief Customer Officer
Peter is CSC’s Chief Customer Officer.
Peter joined CSC in January 2019, following two years at Holden and thirty three years at Telstra.
At Holden, Peter was Executive Director, Customer Experience, where he developed and implemented customer strategies to assist customers during the transition from local manufacture to fully imported vehicles.
At Telstra, Peter was most recently Executive Director of Customer Advocacy, overseeing development and implementation of company-wide customer strategies to improve customer service, customer advocacy, retention and sales. Peter was also responsible for Telstra’s global contact centre strategy and operations.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University in Accounting and Management.
